Day 3- Italy

Now comes the land of Gondolas and pizzas! This is Italy. The children went on a tour of Italy through some pictures :Map, The Leaning Tower of Pisa, The City of Venice and the national sport-Football.

After this long tour guess what they must have eaten? Yes, PIZZA! But not a readymade one. They made the pizza themselves!

The children were quite excited to solve the jigsaw puzzles given to them where they had to put the jigsaws of the major places visited. And amazingly, they were pretty ‘visually logical!’

Now was the time for some ‘Come die latte’- a pantomoime mask performance by Vijay. Vijay was at his best with his face painted and the mask on. The children enjoyed the various moods and expression of the pantomime act.

What could be better for the children than making a mask for themselves after this. That’s exactly what they did. They adorned their masks with all the decorative material they got hold of. It was beautiful!
