Day 4-Russia

Passepartout Olga, incidently a Russian national introduced the kids to the Russian Republic on the World map and visited the ‘makeshift’ Russian Museum acquainting the children with the cold weather, the New Year celebrations, Grandfather Frost and his Granddaughter.

The visit to the museum was followed by the making of Russian Sandwich in which Fennel leaves was one of the key ingredients.

And then came the most thrilling game of the entire Summer camp- ‘The Bear in the Forest’- a game where the children acting as rabbits disturb the Bear in the forest and the Bear has to catch each rabbit and bring them to his house. But there would be trees(again the children) on the way to stop the Bear. And Passepartout Paramjit did a terrific role as the ‘Bear in the Forest’.

How could we have departed without making a ‘SNOWMAN’. The children were enthused making the snowman with different sizes of paper balls and cotton given to them. The end result was worth the efforts.
